Prepare and execute a lease or sales agreement, and all additional documentation needed for selected tenant, buyer or seller. An attorney is on our board of directors. He reviews all legal documents.
Collect rent, pay mortgages, and taxes. Residual funds are disbursed per your instructions. Provide monthly cash flow and owner's reports, and a year-end 1099.
