“I was a homeowner for about 14 years and was incredibly nervous about renting after I sold my home. From the very first contact with the folks at MPM, I received nothing less than five-star level of care. Not long after moving in, the air conditioning went out. It was, of course, a Saturday morning…in August. They responded to my message within minutes & had someone out to repair the unit immediately. Every single time I had an urgent need, I was met with the same immediacy in response to include checking in with me during & after the repairs. As the house I rented was due for updates & improvements, they made sure to schedule those activities around my life so that nothing ever inconvenienced me or my family! With this being my daughter’s Senior year, that was so very much appreciated! I was so disappointed that they didn’t have a property that matched my recent needs for downsizing and, not having it now, I find I’m going to greatly miss the convenience of their online portal for rent paying. The next time I move, I’ll check to see what they have available before I look anywhere else. : D”
